Gone Home is a point-and-click exploration game that puts you in the shoes of Katie, a traveling woman who has come home to the family mansion in Oregon late at night, only to find it empty. The game begins with a brief voicemail from Katie at the airport, letting her parents know that there are midnight shuttles, so a ride will not be needed. Instantly, we are thrown into her perspective as we stand on the front porch of the large house, our travel bags by our sides and the front door locked with a note on the front - the start of our journey into this narrative curiosity.
