Will they throw the coffee in my face and kick me in the shins when ordering the Undead Frappe Grande?

Irishguy953813d ago

Haha no. That is what happens when you are standing outside the Cafe. To get in you have collect 3 human souls and prove it at the door(heads only). Once you're inside you must make your way through the Fukashima reactor without a hazmat suit, take a head on collision with a Tsunami(Which is inhabited by Godzilla) all while singing the pokemon theme. Once you do all that without accidentally rolling off a cliff...you are allowed to order your Estus flask

Dark souls cafe: prepare to dine

kingmushroom3813d ago

i picture it as neon sign and the letter n is flickering on and off.

SeraphimBlade3813d ago

As soon as your order's ready, they just throw the coffee in your face, spikes start jutting out of the floor and they loose a pack of hounds on you.

i understand the authors frustration i'm not the best at parrying in games. not that i can't complete a game that requires it but it is a definite harder thing for me than other kinds of techniques in games. which might be the main reason it's so heavily added in games nowadays. want to make your game challenging without having to do a lot of work? just add a parry boss. (what i mean by parry boss is a boss you have to beat by parrying such that their attacks will kill you otherwise)

Dudeson59d ago (Edited 59d ago )

I always think it's fine as long as such games also have the roll/dodge panic button. But I understand the will to parry, it seems so cinematic in a fight when you pull it off.
