If you have a PS3, you can pretty much transfer all PS1 and PSP games from your PS3 to your Vita and it should work, even when they aren't on the Vita's PS Store.

This article is less about the availability, and more about the possible(if any)ramifications of the fact that it is.

Not for the Crash Games from what i remember. I bought Crash Bandicoot and Spyro to play on my vita a while back but it wouldnt let me copy it over to my vita from my PS3.

WitWolfy4159d ago

You can always just play it remotely from your PS3. Worked for me when I wanted to play theme Hospital.

hulk_bash19874159d ago

Thank for the heads up, I have no idea why I hadn't thought about that. Cheers.

admiralvic4159d ago

True, but this wasn't among the games that work.

ConsoleHQ4159d ago

It isn't on the Vita store and it won't transfer from a PS3. Did you actually try this out, Brian?

ninjahunter4159d ago

Now i wait for MGS to get support.

WitWolfy4159d ago

ninjahunter4159d ago

Crash Bandicoot 2: A Tragically Early Peak

'Despite developer Naughty Dog having 13 months development time with a mere 14 employees, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back was a tremendous upgrade. There’s no denying the first game’s spot in the original trilogy’s hierarchy – the very bottom – but Crash 2 is often ranked lower than its 1998 successor, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. This should not stand, for Crash 2 is the tragically early peak of the PlayStation’s trilogy of best-selling platformers.'
