Awesome. All the hate for Haze started when Free Radical and Ubisoft decided to cancel the PC and 360 versions. Everybody that played the TimeSplitters series knows that Free Radical are freakin' amazing.

* Haze is linear, but filled with secrets;

it wasn't 'shat' they said about Halo...they were making jokes at fanboys...Free Radical always does that, they understand how ignorant a lot of gamers are...

they said it has more vehicle destructability than halo 2...get it?

they said it has more vehicles and better online than bioshock...get it?

and a whole bunch of other pokes to get fanboys all twisted up...but if you actually listened to what they were saying, you would see it was a joke...

I think it looks great, but this is one game that I think needs a demo. Also, I really wish the cover art wasn't so awful.

The said a demo was coming in early may, so either this thursday or the next would be my guess.

And video 4 wasn`t from the gameplay, damn. The first one did seem cool though, i just hope the gun sounds was just because of the video, because if not, then they`re really bad ;)

the two videos in the middle must be bad links. The first video sounds like it was a video of a video playing at a live showing of the game. That's probably why you heard the echos and voices in the background.

I don't know if I will have the money to buy this game, but I do think it looks really good. I'm impressed by the writing and overall lighthearted, humorous tone of the videos, the gameplay looks sweet, and the graphics are OK. The multiplayer gameplay videos make it look like the most fun FPS multiplayer game since Goldeneye!

I just feel bad that it's coming on the heels of GTA IV and right before MGS 4. If the product was done by the beginning of this year rather than the middle, I feel it would've had a better shot at success.

totally agree...I definitely want to play this, but not sure buying it right away is really worth it...MGS4 is going to chew up everything other than GTAIV for this quarter...good luck to everyone else...

There is no doubt this is a solid title. I've read tons of hands on impression and everyone is saying the Multi player rocks which is expected from FRD. I also think the game is colorful like Halo3 but has more of an adult overtone to it. The trailers above are great. The two in the middle won't load for me ? The last live action trailer is old promotional material. The Demo will be on PSN probably next week as Ubisoft officially announced it. I too was worried about the game dropping after GTA but I've had it reserved for a while no. Despite that, I think May is a great month for gamers because the tax rebate drops this month. With an extra $600 dollars free cash in your pocket no one has an excuse to say they can't pick up a copy of the latest greatest games, unless of course you don't work, in that case you don't get a stimulus check. So, Haze may have lucked out because the government rebate was completely unexpected.
