I really don't think that building a PC to match the consoles specs because of pricing alone is a good idea. If you're gonna take the plunge into PC gaming it would be better to invest in a decent CPU and GPU from the start. An i5k CPU paired with a GTX 770 or R9 280X has you covered on 1080p and 60 FPS for years and years to come.
People don't realise consoles and PCs are so different on paper this pc is more powerful but in reality it's probably not. You will see amazing things from the ps4 this generation that you have never seen before let's just wait and see.
Even IF it is more powerful, after two years I doubt it's gonna run games as good as PS4
