A recent survey of 2,450 people at this year’s Eurogamer Expo in London conducted by Gamesindustry.biz found that the most important factors that your average gamer considers when purchasing a new machine are its exclusive content (34%) closely followed by its price (29%).
If this is what gamers want from their new machines, than which 8th generation console satisfies these criteria best, at the current time.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the best console to spend your hard earned moolah on, for the time being at least, is the WiiU.
In a simple and concise post on Twitter, head of Respawn Entertainment Vince Zampella responded to fan requests for a Titanfall x Helldivers 2 crossover two love heart emojis, praising the idea.
Huzaifah from eXputer writes, "My favorite type of genre in games is when enemies are merely animal fodder in the eyes of the protagonist's sheer power."
Fans of the action-adventure franchise have been eagerly awaiting news of a potential sequel to one of the best games on the PS4.
Umm ... how about this?
First we get the Tushima sequel(coz its most rumored)
Then a new Resistance (need new PS SP FPS)
Then a totally new IP (new IPs are always interesting)
And then a new inFamous?
I had a great time with the second son. Never got to play the originals and hope they get remastered one day.
If I had a choice between another Infamous game and another Spider-Man game, I choose Spider-Man. Sony should spend its resources on its winners.
It is. Got it much earlier than I expected, too.
I've had it for almost a year and I've been loving it. It's not a crime to have fun with a system; even if the "core-gamers" don't agree that it should even be around.
It might even be my ONLY "next-gen" system. No, not because I worship a single machine like it's some god and declare everything else that isn't it or that doesn't come from the same creators is the plague - I simply don't find anything that the other systems offer to be truly interesting to ME.
Right now, in my eyes, they're just upgrades over their predecessors. That's all. There's no ground-breaking games released or announced that make me want them. While that can change, I'm still going to stick with one system for now and that's the Wii U. Enjoy your systems if you choose, because there's nothing wrong with that. We're all Gamers.
so many positive wii u pieces in recent time. That super mario 3d world effect is a good sign of things to come
When I was in my home town I was with my friends playing Playstation at their house. Last year I had to move town for college. As I wanted to continue playing with them online. I made a somewhat bad decision to spend the money for a WiiU. I feel cut from them because I have NOBODY to play with on my WiiU. There's was one friend, but he hasn't log on since 10 whole months.
I don't know what people think negative about multiplayer and why Nintendo keeps making local multiplayer games. I just want to stay connected to my close friends and talk with them in a group chat.
I'll keep the console, but it was a terrible decision of a first console.
I was sold with Most Wanted U when I got my Wii U back in March. It's the perfect example of a third party game done right on the Wii U (PC assets and GamePad exclusive features that aren't simply tacked on). Usually I hold out for about a year or two (got my Wii in 2008).
They release one decent game and we get all these articles? This is BS. I beat Super Mario 3D World. There's no reason to touch the Wii U again until next year.
