According to a Heavenly Sword developer interview posted on IGN, Duncan Frostick (combat code Ninja), Nina Kristensen (chief development Ninja), SaiTong Man (combat design Ninja), and Guy Midgely, are all working hard to complete the title in time.
This game will no doubt be TOTALLY awesome. However, this story is not. Who cares? Let's just wait to see if the 60fps holds true before everyone starts gettin' giddy, bub. God, I wish Jaffe's team was making this. I love blood.
Wait to get my hands on this game! This us the type of game that I love! What makes me even more excited is we have only seen a small portion of the game! That coupled with the face lifts both RFOM and Motorstorm have received, I'm just patiently waiting for this game to get the hype it deserves! I think it was a great idea it was delayed to launch for the eroupean launch! Us and Japan get motorstorm RFOM and RR7 Europe gets Heavenly Sword and Fatial Eternal I think that's a nice trade off, even though I think Sony should include Heavenly Sword packaged in the launch as a thank you for the patients and loyalty of Europe gamers! BRING IT ON! You have to admit PS3 has a game lineup riddled with AAA for at least the first year! LAIR RFOM Motorstorm Fatal Eternal Heavenly Sword MGS4 DMC4 RR7 GT HD GT5 FF13 and FF13 versus all exclusive
amen to that! lol
This is one of the only three games coming out for the ps3 (Heavenly Sword, LAir, RFOM) that I'm interested in. However I still need to see more of this game before I can decide if its going to be good or not.
Double post! I apologize
What's the deal with Ninja Theory? Are they first party or third party developers? If they're first party and this turns out to be as good as it looks right now, that's a pretty big plus for Sony, because they'll probably continue their dominance in this specific subgenre of the action adventure genre, what with Devil May Cry, God of War, and now this.
No, they arent first party.
And the developers has since confirmed that the 60fps mentioned were from the animators perspective and not the actual final framerate of the game. Don't be dissapointed if it ends up at 30fps...
