Sony released a trailer for Wonderbook: Walking with Dinosaurs.
One great way that these entertainment-lacking “attractions” could have their exhibits reinvigorated would be to incorporate video game interactivity.
The game has some of the characters in the series, the narrator in the background and also based on trying to teach some newer knowledge of the age of dinosaurs. The information is quite detailed and can even be of interest to adults since you do not mind a few more childish elements.
In each chapter we have some things to do. We start by finding some bones that we have gathered and put together in the right place. After we do this we will successfully meet this dinosaur will be the centerpiece of this chapter. Then we have to go changing page to see other dinosaurs, using an X-ray to study the interiors of creatures, studying an environment to see how they interact with each other or give them to eat.
GI - |BBC Earth and Evergreen Films are releasing the animated film Walking With Dinosaurs this week, but did you know that there is also a video game based on the film? We took this opportunity to talk with paleontologist Steve Brusatte who helped design Sony's Wonderbook game."
Too bad they couldn't get Phil Currie or Jack Horner involved. Those 2 are the heavys of palaeontology. This interactive learning looks really interesting. Maybe it will trend.
