Agarest: Generations of War tries to distance himself from these games and more classical approaches and more games super sexist that we can see in the catalog NISA. Agarest is basically a dating simulator with fantasy elements added. Has a generic storyline within the genus, and tries to be different with its elements of dating and, well, mating. The result of all this is a piece of software that makes anyone with a minimum maturity can feel ashamed of play. A bit like with some games that NISA leads us to the PS3. Likewise, some players will obviously find it funny. It's a game for a niche player, at least with regard to enrede, humor and characters. Unfortunately, the game mechanics are not interesting enough to keep the remaining players interested.
If you’re just reading this wondering if this game is anything like Agarest Zero, the short answer is “No”.
With the Steam anime sale, Twinfinite has decided to detail some of the best games that are on offer.
I think the only one worth playing in that list is Ys Origin
Chalgyr's Game Room wites:
Agarest: Generations of War was originally released here in the States as The Record of Agarest War and was launched on both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 (XBLA) and was then later, much later, ported over to the PC via Steam using the original title, Agarest: Generations of War and is the first title released in the Agarest games.
