You're either lying or just don't know what pre rendered means. Pre rendered means that if you change the character's appearance (clothes, accessories etc) they wouldn't show up in the cutscenes because they were already made and aren't being rendered in real time. This is something that doesn't happen in Rockstar games.

The description is misleading, you can't say "there are tons of movie references" and have it be created by a user. If one of the characters were to say something like "hasta la vista baby." while shooting at a cop, then that would be considered a movie reference....and yes i'm well aware that they go on to say it was user created in the next paragraph but that should have been their 1st sentence or headline.
