Here’s How The Actual Xbox One’s Game Cases Look Like

So far the game cases saw for Xbox One titles were display mock-ups made with normal DVD cases and a printed sleeve. At last you get to see the real thing.

Interestingly enough, the Xbox One logo isn’t printed on the sleeve, but it’s actually on the box itself, with the Xbox emblem on the left that actually seems etched in 3D.

not the inside that is the front of a closed XBone games case but without the front cover paper inside hence why you can see through it. not really a big deal what the case is like i always found the green colour to be ugly and completely ruin the art in most game covers but that's just me

Uh... You can clearly see the circular thing the disk sits on while looking at the case from the front, therefore, the disk is clearly on the right of the case.

Its just something a little diffrent that gamers will notice. I kind of like it. @ pacosanchez88.. for the disc to be on the wrong side the disc slot would have been face down or not noticable. If you open that case the disc slot is clearly on the right side where it always has been. Hope that helps clarify this for you. If im wrong please explain. Thanks.

I like it, except for the color. That's how I wanted PS3 cases to look like. The logo is in the top part of the case, so that there is no need of the logo stripe in the actual paper.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the PS4 cases are going to be like PS Vita's right?

Not really like Vita cases no. The vita cases are more of an opaque blue that you can't see through. Whereas the PS4 cases are a vibrant blue that you can see through a bit. I think the Xbox One cases are pretty nice actually.

As for how I know. I have boxes of them and already have games displayed in our coming soon section at EB games. They should be already displayed at your nearest Gamestops already as well.

and @Badz149 you must've not owned a Ps3 before its redesign or own any of the original games. Because if you did then you would know that the original cases has "PLAYSTATION 3" etched in the top of the case. This was removed after the redesign.

Interestingly enough they have a thin case like the ones in dvd movie thinpacks. I know because we have a NBA 2k14 bundle pack for sale for $99.99 that has both 360 and Xbox One together, but, instead of discs inside it has a sheet with DLC codes on it. Same colour green fyi. Honestly I think it's ridiculous and overpriced.

I actually like the separate logo printed/etched on the case and not on the sleeve.

I'd say it's not just functional, but they paid attention to design this time around.

The only thing I don't like is the neon green, but that's just personal I guess, and it's the obvious choice for Xbox games.
