As a gamer we are proud to say we've played all types of games. Platformers, RPG’s, Puzzle Games, Strategy Games, RTS’s, Shooters, Fighters, and probably more. We like to think that because of our experience that we take every game with a blank slate and judge it solely on what it is and not what we've heard. If a game is good we say it, if a game is bad, we'll say it. Tetrobot and Co., is not a good game.
Tyler writes "Having originally released on PC, developer Swing Swing Submarine has now brought Tetrobot and Co to the Xbox One. With a healthy dose of platformers and puzzlers already out on the platform to choose from, can this small indie title find a way to stand out? Through pure gameplay and challenge, it manages to succeed."
Not only did Neal love playing Tetrobot in spite of some technical issues, the puzzles really challenged him throughout.
"If you play phone puzzle games, or are a fan of logic puzzles, this game will feel like a homecoming, it is a game that does what it sets out to do very well, and that is all that matters in the end."
COG writes - Tetrobot and Co. will get the gears in your brain turning, but sadly the appeal is short lived as overly similar gameplay sees boredom set in quickly.
1.5/5? That seems a little harsh for that game. It seemed like it had some great puzzles in it once you got the game system figured out.
