Two Tribes were one of the first indie developers on board with the Wii U, and they are most certainly the friendliest. Speaking on the Two Tribes blog last night, Two Tribes founder Martjin Reuvers revealed that the level editor for Toki Tori 2+ will unfortunately not be coming to the Wii U. But they have a surprise.
To make up for this, they are giving away the Steam version of Toki Tori 2+ for free. Now, there is a catch in that you do have to own the Wii U verison of the game. This is the first example of cross-buy on a Nintendo platform, and it's simple to claim your free copy. All you have to do is post in the official Miiverse thread with your Steam name, and then email the developers with a link to the post. Miiverse will let everyone know if you own the game, so the fine folks at Two Tribes will take care of the rest.
