Actually no. You can steal certain vehicles and sell them at any Los Santos Customs. The catch is you can only sell one per every 24 minutes (24hrs game time. Be careful stealing some of them though. Once you reach a certain level even the NPCs can and will call for a bounty to be placed on your head.

I agree.. countless times I'm omw to LSC with a Baller and think "oh I'll just rob this store real quick".. Baller wrecked.. CRAP!!

well i robbed nearly all stores with only getting 20 grand. so i might do this. also im gonna use the micro transactions crap. cause i love money.

I try to sell a car every time the cooldown is up, it's a good source of revenue.

Another tip is to grab any of the Gallivanter Baller's you see and store them in your garage so you can sell them when the cooldown is up. It makes things a lot easier.
