XMNR: Some Grand Theft Auto Online players discovered how to make money fast by constantly replaying a single mission in the online portion of GTA V for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The patch released by Rockstar Games on Friday put the end to all of that, however.
Grand Theft Auto V was released on PC on the 14th of April 2015. That means the game will be nine years old in four days, and it’s still among the most-played titles on Steam. With a 24-hour peak of 145K players, it’s as popular as Baldur’s Gate 3, Apex: Legends, and Destiny 2.
The street-level action is heating up, so dive headfirst into the chaos of Freemode Challenges and Events — all of which are paying out Double Rewards.
Rockstar Games will be conducting one-to-one discussions regarding its live service game, GTA Online, with a select number of players.
They want you to buy those cash cards.
This is probably the most glaring example to me that R* still has no idea how to do online. If anything make it so you get reduced $ for repeat missions, cause some missions are actually enjoyable and me and my friends love playing them... well guess that's gone.
Hmm interesting. I suppose it's really self interest (financial) to make making money a bit harder. I know Rockstar is gamer friendly and wouldn't purposely make the game harder to make money. A glitch or exploit? Makes sense they need to deal with that. The game needs to keep credibility in that regard.
They fixed a money trick but cant figure out why my character and stats keep getting erased after a session.
Shenanigans. How can you replay a mission multiple times when you can't even get online to play them?
