Maybe because they have earned enough profits from the previous version to make a new one rather than giving us the same game on a new cd case. They wont need to make more changes for fifa 15 if they keep getting such highly praised reviews.
It is a shame that such a game would get a high score with only minor changes from previous release. Welcome to the new FIFA 13.1 (not even a 13.5).
