Grand Theft Auto 5 Review | SpawnFirst

Alice Irvin of SpawnFirst reviews Grand Theft Auto 5: "Grand Theft Auto V is, in a word, awesome. It’s hard to find a game that so seamlessly combines gameplay and story in a way that isn’t just rewarding– it’s impossibly fun. The characters are funny, the missions and side missions contain so much variety that you’ll think 10 different game studios came together and offered up their ideas for gameplay and Rockstar said, “Sure, let’s do … all of that.” Yeah, it’s violent, yes, it’s about not very nice people doing not very nice things. But we all knew that when we picked up GTA V. I think we also all knew this would be a Game of the Year candidate– and Rockstar hasn’t let us down."

With the way this game has been getting scores, would that equate to being the best game in the history of gaming? how does it work exactly?

In the top 3 or 4 best rated on Metacritic or Gamerankings, but best game ever is very subjective, really.

I don't have a single all-time favourite, but this one is right up there among the few I would name on top of my head.

common! how is GTA V better then Wonder boy in Monster land?

The funny thing about all these high scores is that it doesn't even include the online component which from what I've seen should only secure even higher scores (when possible).

I'm really loving it. It's definitely Rockstar at their finest and it has so many epic and hilarious moments that you would only find in their games.

if you're going by review score the "best game in the history of gaming" is Ocarina of Time on Metacritic.

It just couldn't manage that last .1
Really though. I hate these sort of rating systems.

I think it missed that ".1" because the reviewer sharted while they were playing and blamed gta.
