Mark Coupe writes: The final Xbox One game I really wanted to try out was Ryse: Son of Rome, as I had seen some mixed opinions on it. I played a demo based around online co-op, and I have to say I really enjoyed it! The graphics looked really impressive, despite a few v-sync and frame skipping issues which will hopefully be gone in the final game. The gameplay is best described as a more brutal version of the fighting in the Batman Arkham City games, with more timing needed for blocking, and some additional tactical play with objectives set for you in the arena as you play through. If I do get an Xbox One, then Ryse is the first game I will buy for it.

Ape Escape.
Fun game but, wow, you need a college degree to understand the controls.
A remaster would also save you from having to constantly fight the camera.
Keep the music though. Those drum and bass tracks fit really well and haven't aged. Made me think that more games could work well with drum and bass tracks, but unfortunately it's a somewhat niche genre now.
Xenogears, Xenosaga trilogy, Vagrant Story, Drakengards, Parasite Eve and many more but I’ll start with those
This guy does not byte his tongue. He had a negative for just about every game DEMO. But was also gracious with the positives also.
I'm glad he liked Ryse. . The more positive news about Ryse, the better. It seems like those who've played it are always impressed with the visuals. The gameplay seems to be solid also. . November can't come soon enough.
