Midnight City Bringing Indies to Gamers in a New Way

This really is a great year for independent developers. Former IGN Editor-In-Chief, Casey Lynch, along with Doug Kennedy, former president and CEO of public relations firm Reverb Communications, are leading the way for a group of indie devs with their new publishing label, Midnight City. As a division of Majesco Entertainment, Lynch aims to give support to a wide range of games which would otherwise be stuck self-promoting and having issues releasing on some of the major platforms (mostly XBLA & PSN). He has mentioned that the company is set up much like an indie record label, allowing the developers to make the game they want, while providing the teams with a “wide range of support.”

Well that's what happens when you rip-off Devolver and then fail to publish anything remotely interesting.

Majesco as a whole has been done since the Advent Rising debacle.

Costume Quest 2 - PC Review

Costume Quest 2 is a good follow up to the original, but doesn't take too many liberties to change up the game. It's still fun and funny as your trick or treat your way through the different worlds. It's worth the time and the money if your are looking for a RPG lite comical game.
