The game seemed to me like a rehash of Dragon's Dogma or better yet, its older brother. It kind of looked like Dark Souls by that I mean it had a more serious and grounded look than Dragon's Dogma. Giving Capcom a stronger foot in the genre since Dragon's Dogma didn't really find its audience.
However, after checking out the latest preview, it doesn't seem like your typical fantasy title but it does seem kind of familiar. What concerns me is the narrative.
Capcom Spotlight is just around the corner: tune in to see the latest titles being shown off by the Japanese masters.
New IP, please. Used to be (in the 80s) if it was a Capcom game, you knew it was good.

Capcom has removed GFWL from PC versions of Lost Planet 1 and 2 as well as other titles on Steam alongside support for online features.
Oh man this game is going to be awesome. Thank goodness that it's exclusive to PS4 and not being held back by the bone.
Yeah got a big AC vibe off this new trailer. Still confused how this game works though, is it just go into a dungeon and kill enemies with your friends or is there an actual MP campaign. Is it co op or is it a MMO? This game loves to stay in the dark, indistinct and secretive.
Can someone please explain to me how the device will work?
this game makes ryse look like a ps2 game
Without proper narrative, its pointless? Games like Minecraft, Spelunky and Terraria have done well in keeping gamers attention without heavy narrative. Besides, we havent really seen what the devs plan to do with the narrative. As long as the gameplay is fun, it should still lock gamers attention.
