Holy screen tearing!!!! Next Gen cant come quick enough. Does anyone know if the PS4 and Xbox 0ne getting this game? cause my PC version looks way better than the consoles.

Deadpoolio4312d ago

No they aren't they aren't getting GTA 5 either nobody is going to waste their time porting PS3/360 games to next gen consoles

Explosions are always better at 12-13 FPS /s

Another game terribly ported to the Playstation.

Deadpoolio4312d ago

Really cause if you actually read and looked at the Head 2 head instead of just commenting out of ignorance...The Ps3 version seems to preform better than the 360 version....Not that either preform spectacularly....

BTW Dudebro, it's not 2006 anymore and a lot of multiplats have ran better on PS3 than the 360 for a few years now....

List the notable games (i.e. COD, Skyrim, Bioshock, Mass Effect) that look better on the PS3 ports? and I did see the photos and the side by side comparisons. Again, for some reason the Playstation version of the game is doughy and noticeably lighter than the xbox versions. I don't know what you're looking at but the stills taken make the xbox's version of Saints Row look really good. Oh and the game also plays at more fps then the ps3 version while looking better. I'm a playstation guy, that is why I'm usually upset at the fact that a lot of 3rd party developers always seem to create games using pc, which makes it easier to create for the 360 but they then port it to the ps3 like crap.

Crap graphics, unlocked fps = hence tearing.

No thanks

Volition's Saints Row 4 PC upgrade was meant to be a make-good, but it broke the game instead

Remember this year's Saints Row(opens in new tab)? Volition would probably prefer that you didn't, which might go some way to explaining why the studio recently decided to upgrade everyone's copy of Saints Row 4(opens in new tab) to its full-fat Re-elected Edition, containing all the game's story and cosmetic DLC and even introducing cross-play between Steam, Epic, and GOG versions of the game.

Unfortunately, that upgrade seems to have backfired, and players now report a myriad of bugs with their new version of SR4. Both the Saints Row Steam forums(opens in new tab) and subreddit(opens in new tab) are filled with players complaining of broken saves, crashes, and mods failing to function. It's also received a few hundred negative Steam reviews(opens in new tab) since the update. If it's succeeded in washing the taste of Saints Row (2022) out of players' mouths, it's only because it tastes even worse.

I wonder if Volition's getting reorged under Gearbox impacted the quality of their release.

i can't help but laugh at this comment. Gearbox can't even run themselves.
