VideoGamer: "Microsoft has shown off the latest version of its dashboard at GamesCom 2013 and while not complete, it was running on retail hardware. Here's everything it showed and what you need need to know."
The cuts are expected to be announced next week.
Microsoft is also planning thousands of job cuts that will impact other parts of it businesses
MFs has been beating their chests over great quarterly results and big profits to shareholders while firing people by the thousands just like Sony.
I wonder if at the top of those rumored layoffs they´ll also cancel upcoming or unannounced games while shutting down more studios as well.
AMD CEO Lisa Su talks about the Xbox AMD partnership, next-gen Ryzen + Radeon chips, and AI rendering tech coming to all Xbox devices.
AMD is really building hype around their unique partnership with Microsoft to help and build an advanced and seamless Xbox ecosystem across all Xbox consoles and devices.
I wonder what she meant by "full roadmap of gaming optimized chips" though? Seems ambitious.
Next year´s Xbox Showcase already looks promising and exciting. Here´s hoping they deliver.
Some odd, deliberate wording, no branding, not 'Xbox consoles, Xbox handhelds' specifically, feels and sounds like they're building towards hardware that anyone can be used or licensed to/by themselves and other manufacturers.
Multiplatform software and hardware 'Xbox/AMD APU'.
Shares vision....we provide chips for money, this deal will sell many chips, we will make lots of money...good vision
The marketing behind this is so heavy that I worry about the actual outcome. Why are they just not showing us the product, why all this talking in market speak?
With the launch of Call of Duty Season 4, Activision quietly put adverts inside loadouts for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, sparking a backlash in the process.
Putting Ads in a pay-to-play Premium title? Well done Microsoft. Well done /s This is really scummy.
Lol, PS4 is all you need baby.
Gaming4Ever's sort of drive-by trolling should be a bannable offense.
Here's my opinion. MS has better launch lineup with Killer Instinct, Forza, Dead Rising 3, Ryse, Project Spark and few other titles. Out of which DR3, KI, Forza look good including the indie titles. PS4 has KZ3, Knack, Drive Club, bunch of f2p games like Planetside 2 and a lot of indie titles that look good. UI both system sucks. PS4 user interface is a better looking version of PS3. It's simple to use but visually its presentation is awful. Xbox one UI is a metro style Windows 8 version which only works with touch screen and is awful. Looks nice but is quite clunky to use from my experience and fills up the whole screen making it look full. Both the UI need to be redesigned. MS pushing cloud and peoviding dedicated servers for games. Something that Sony has said devs can use on ps4 but has never expanded on. Sony needs to provide dedicated servers otherwise its platform will suffer. I am personally getting a ps4 mainly because of the exclusives because I know Infamous is coming out and Naughty Dog's next project will be mind blowing and because of Sony's first party titles like flower, journey and rain will have sequels on ps4. I just like ps4 games better and think the ps3 games were much better then anything ms has put out on 360 with the exception of few titles.
The PS4's UI is so bland. Hopefully, it's customizable. I've had a PS3 for over 4 years, and I've had my 360 since 2005. XBOX Live's UI, despite being cluttered, is leaps and bounds ahead of PS3's UI. The PS Store is nice though.
