A functional game in the worst sense of the word, Pocket Land has the structure of a Triple Town-type game but none of the visual appeal or attention to detail that makes you want to play it for any length of time.
Pocket Land takes a familiar idea and starts to turn it into something special, but it doesn't take things far enough.
There are numerous other strategy and puzzle-based iOS games, many of them are free-to-play and are actually playable.
