The problem I have with the new box set is this.

I currently own the Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass Collector's Editions.

I preordered the new Wind Waker HD collector's guide as soon as I found out it was releasing.

The box set contains all of those books along with the Ocarina of Time 3D guide which is exclusive to the box set.

Problem is, I spoke with a rep at Prima Games and he informed me that the books that come in the box set do not include the original bonus items that came with them at the time of their original print.

So for example the Skyward Sword guide does not come with the nice cloth map that I have with my edition. Why would I want the new box set when it doesn't come with any of those extras I got with my originals? Sure the new Skyward Sword guide is 100 pages longer, but where are all the cool collectors items gone from each guide?

I am a huge Zelda nut, and having this box set would be nice, but the problem I have is that I already own 4 out of the 6 guides and I can just buy the Wind Waker HD guide on it's own for like $30. Sure I miss out on a cool bookmark and a certificate, along with a nice box to hold them all, but at least my books come with individual items that are exclusive to each book.

I'm just going to sell my old books to book off to offset the cost of the new set. Though I probably wouldn't even get it if it didn't have the Ocarina of Time guide in it.

that's my problem. I really want the Ocarina guide, but I have all the other books (minus Wind Waker HD). I can just purchase the Wind Waker HD one on its own, but then I will miss out on the Ocarina 3D guide, the bookmark, the box itself, and the collectors certificate. But is all of that worth $120? LOL

The problems we face each day.. ;)
