Free-To-Play CryEngine 3 Powered 'Warface' To Be Showcased At GamesCom 2013, New Screenshots

Crytek announced that it will once again be attending the gamescom expo in Cologne this year, giving players a chance to go hands-on with their free-to-play military shooter, Warface.

Last year, there was Warface booth too and we´ve already played closed beta for months. I don´t know why they just can´t release it.

Sucks? Give me a break. Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 might not be amazing games, but they certainly don't suck. They are good games. Personally I like that sort of free form tactical gameplay more than the mindless shooting galleries found in many shooters.

sorry it is the worst business model out there for games and no way am I going to support it in anyway....

Even if you don;t put any money into the game... and play it... you are just cannon fodder for the ones that do

Very likely I believe. Seeing 4 Free to play titles announced for the PS4 with no doubts at all in the past 3 months with them stating that PS4 would run the games at max settings. I say its a yes. Just a matter of time really. As the PC build probably has to be out first and get updates first. As console patching is often reviewed and delayed.

oh man this game was/is so dry. Played both betas and its just so empty and bland. Nothing stands out and the co-op missions are just full of awfully badly scripted ai that are no challenge.
