The Next Final Fantasy? Interview with Hiroaki Yura, Director of Project Phoenix

BNR: There’s a sad lack of indie JRPGs- besides the great ones from Zeboyd, we don’t see too many. Now’s the time to say hello to Project Phoenix. At current, there isn’t much information available about it- the website just features a countdown of days. At the time of this article being written, there were two days to go. That being said, I’m very excited from the information that has come out. In short, the game’s coming out in mid 2015 for Mac, PC and Linux as well as iOS and Android. Breaking Down Project Phoenix's Million Dollar Budget Blunder

Joanna Mueller writes: "In the end, CIA's increased scope only served to drive backers further away. Players were not impressed when the team finally released a vertical cut of the new 3D gameworld. CIA was reluctant to start over after investing so much money into their 3D models."
