Today, SOE announced a brand new feature for MMOFPS Planetside 2: the Player Studio. Already present in titles like EverQuest and Free Realms, the Player Studio will allow entrepreneurial and creative gamers to create and sell cosmetic items in Planetside 2, while making some extra beer money on the side.

PlanetSide 2 is going to be getting its next major expansion this December. This new addition, titled “Expedition: Oshur” will be the first addition in almost seven years to bring an entirely new continent to the game.
