Gran Turismo movie confirmed

Sony confirmed a Gran Turismo movie is indeed in development. When approached about reports, a Sony Computer Entertainment UK spokesperson told Joystiq the Gran Turismo film is "being made," adding the company doesn't have any further comment.

You know I read so many games are going to have a movie yet not one has released that I know of.

Well Uwe Boll released a few terrible movies based on games. We got that abomination with Jake Gyllenhall they called Prince of Persia. Then there was Max Payne with Marky Mark and Mila Kunis. There have been a few but i dont think any of them were above average.

Edit: Okay Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat were good but for all the wrong reasons.

Same as that Tekken movie i watched it was hillariously bad Jin just banging chicks left and right then winning Iron fist tournament for some weird revenge thing. The guy who played Heihachi also played Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat.

I guess this is part of the original programming for Sony Unlimited on PS4. Hope it's good and relevant. So now we have a Gran Turimuso movie and Need for Speed movie coming soon.

My guess it will just be a movie with a lot of cars using the Gran Turismo name as the title, it will be interesting to see what film genre they take on if it ever makes it to theatres.
