Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut may not be the definitive version available but the base game is still amazing and very worth your attention.
Shit gameplay. Shit graphics. Shit presentation. Shit game. "No dude you just dont get it."
No dude, you just dont get it. Could not resist.
I don't think it's a matter of "not getting it". I've played the game and can definitely see why someone wouldn't like it. Let's face it, the graphics look awful and the gameplay is clunky as hell. It really is a case of whether a person can look past the multiple flaws to see the gem underneath. But I do think it's a shame that so many people are so eager to write it off and call it a shit game, when it's one of the few unique and ambitious games out there this gen. The developers clearly had a vision and even though it didn't work out perfectly, there's still a charm to it that shows how much the developers cared about the story they wanted to tell. There is love behind this project. And imo it has one of the best stories, characters and atmospheres in most games that came out this generation. And for me, that more than makes up for the faults.
Yeah i guess ur right, there was some redeeming things.
