GamerFitNation: Tomorrow will mark the launch of the fourth DLC for Gearbox Software's hit title Borderlands 2. The game which released last fall has seen a steady pace of downloadable content (dlc) coming to it with new characters and levels.
Aaron at IGCritic says "Many have come to think of the term DLC as standing for Downright Lazy Cash-grabbing as opposed to what it is usually intended as; additional content."
It looks like the release date and cover art aren’t the only reveals this week. Gearsofwar.com has a countdown clock that has about three days left at this point at the article.

In a post over at Xbox Wire, Adam Fletcher, Director of Community from the Coalition, announced the release date for Gears of War 4.
Nice. Although, I need to see the game in action to conjure up any excitement (not counting the E3 demo because that didn't do anything for me).
I am looking forward to the beta :)
As someone who hasn't played any Gears games (I'm real fussy when it comes to character design and the original GOW crew is basically the opposite of what I like) I was surprisingly excited by the E3 demo - obviously it was from an early build, but it did a good job of demonstrating the game's darker tone.
To my uninitiated eyes it looks like a more intense, post-apocalyptic version of Resident Evil - one which Capcom have nothing to do with... I can dig that.
Yeah the E3 demo was disappointing. I was expecting a lot more and some bolder changes.
The MP in this should be great though. It has regularly been the best TPS cover shooter in its class as far as the MP is concerned so I am a little more excited about that.
I don't need to see nothing! This game is a day one purchase for me! I know its gonna be awesome.

Can't wait, so hyped for gears 4 especially the multiplayer. Ultimate Edition multiplayer at 60FPS is amazing so I know gears 4 is going to be even better.
Gears 4, at least for me, is making me excited about Gears again. Judgement put a huge damper on the series but everything about Gears 4 so far sounds exactly where the series should be going.
The Coalition seem very talented at what they do and every time Rod Fergusson is interviewed he always seems really excited to talk about the game. Shows that the team is very passionate.
We'll find out in 2 weeks how well the game plays. Can't wait.
Same here. I love what Rod and his team at The Coalition are doing with this franchise. The new characters, The new enemy types and even the little bits we've read about the new characters. It seems Gears 4 will push the series forward once more and I know the new horde mode will be glorious.
