Following its debut at PlayStation’s February 20th event in New York City, DUALSHOCK 4 has emerged at E3 in near-final form. Though DUALSHOCK 3 has proven to be a capable and dependable wireless controller for years with PlayStation 3, the PS4′s new weapon of choice is clearly an improvement across the board. Here are some quick impressions.

Such a fun way to celebrate this anniversary. I didn't make that mistake in year one, but it has absolutely been a moment that lived in a lot of people's minds since.

I have to say, thinking back the Dualshock 3 has been an incredibly reliable controller for me. Other than breaking one in an online hissy fit, I have never had problems with my three and the batteries have always seemed to last for more than long enough.
Hopefully the Dual Shock 4 will be just as reliable.
any ideas what the port is next to the 3.5mm jack?
