While it seems that arcade-style shooters are a rarity these days, Korean developer L&K Logic decided to go back to the genre’s roots with Mirror War. Announced back in 2010, Mirror War has found a home in Japan under publisher/ developer Gamepot.
A classic arcade-style flight shooter which I have not seen too much of in the Free-to-Play MMO market, Mirror War is entering Japan on 12th June to mark the beginning of the first beta phase. Developed by South Korea studio, L&K Logic Korea, there are 3 factions and multiple classes to choose from.
Revealed earlier today, Mirror War will once again be expanding into the Southeast Asia market (after Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia), this time landing on Thailand. The publisher will be SkyMate, apparently a new online games publisher in the country led by several industry veterans.
Developed by Korean studio L&K Logic Korea, Arcade Shooter Mirror War was announced for Southeast Asia over at ChinaJoy 2013. The first English server will be hosted by IAHGames, which is on a revival in recent times.
