A Japanese Kirby Squeak Squad commercial shows new gameplay footage of the HAL Labs platformer coming out on December 4, 2006 in the USA. The game is renamed Kirby: Mouse Attack in Europe for a 2007 release there.
The fact sheet shows the game features multiplayer fun for up to four players, using either Multi-Card or DS Download Play over DS Local Area Network.

I guess the failure that is a site completely devoted to one game franchise had to diversify sometime... but kirby!?!? How much do you really need to know about him. He's round, he's pink, he eats things and steals their powers in many great sidescrolling titles. The story is very secondary and not exactly worth going too in depth with to say the least.
