Share in GameStop have been up and down most of the week, with many attributing the decline in share price to Microsoft’s rather unclear stance on used game sales.
I bet it is.
I bet it is too lol
They're going to need to market the systems that cater to core gamers very heavily. I predict that the PS4, WiiU, 3DS and PS Vita will be the bread and butter of Game Stop, and they will push these systems hard. It doesn't make sense for game stop to support a console or a company that is out to destroy their business model. If they are smart, they will still sell Xbox One, but they won't make a fuss about the system until a Halo game or Gears game comes out, and then they'll make a quick cash-in with all of the marketing hype that Microsoft will put behind those games. Other than that, I would expect Xbox One to have a space in the back corner of every store, but they will milk used sales of 360 games and 360 consoles as long as they possibly can.
Sure, and the diarrhea I suffered tonight may or may not be related to the spicy indian food I consumed this afternoon. -__-
What goes on in your toilet should stay in your toilet. I can only pray you wipe and wash your hands after. -_-
And so it begins...
No sympathy from me. Gamestop ripped me off for years and I'm glad karma's finally catching up to them.
Gamestop is the whole reason we are in this mess. Industry is headed for another crash
They ripped you off only because you let them.
Yeah no kidding,$50 for great shape Xbox 360 elite, $0.44 for freaking Killzone 2, Fallout 3 GOTY, etc..but $2.20 for a freaking Thor game with Chris Hemsworth on the cover..... eff Gamestop..I did better at the pawn shop down the street. -.-
It is. Now that maybe shit out.
so when a rumor of sony blocking used games goes around and shares fall at gamestop it is because of sony, but when all this with the xbox1 shares fall it might or might not be because of the xbox 1...hmm I say it is because who wants to pay to use a used game charging someone for every little thing is just plain greedy but oh well you have people who don't understand it yet
