Itagaki Spills His Guts to Famitsu - How he got into games, almost ended up at Sega, and more

1UP writes: "Ever been curious about how Team Ninja lead designer and Ninja Gaiden 2 brain Tomonobu Itagaki got into this crazy videogame business? So was Famitsu. In their latest issue, they published an in-depth interview with Itagaki.

Starting with that question about where his interest in games sprung from, Itagaki said that it all began with a uniquely strong interest in computers as a kid:

"Remember those war simulation board games where two people would play and one would be the judge? No one wanted to be the judge since he wasn't involved in the game itself. So I figured why not let the computer be the judge, and that is the first programming code I wrote."

The story is too old to be commented.
