Overall, Black Rock Shooter: The Game is a pretty solid title, managing to do just enough to keep the player engaged throughout its entirety. While the story itself is pure fluff and nothing too groundbreaking, the gameplay keeps things fast-paced and fun until the conclusion. Fast paced action, nice production value, and plenty of unlockables makes this the perfect game for BSR fans and a decent one for everyone else.
The PSP is home to some of the best anime games ever made. And it's also home to some of the worst. The list will tackle only the best.

I'm having a really hard time trying to classify Black Rock Shooter. The game plays like a third person shooter, but also has a lot of RPG elements. The previous sentence may scream Mass Effect, but it is incredibly far from it.
It's amazing how a franchise can stem off of one drawing.
