Final Fantasy XII has already proved to be a massive success around the world, selling many millions of copies. Therefore, it was not entirely surprising when it was revealed a spin-off would appear on the world's most popular system, the Nintendo DS. What was shocking was how Square Enix had decided to take the new game in a completely different direction, mixing real-time strategy with traditional role-playing aspects. Cubed³ caught up with the game's Director to chat about the project, its European changes, the possibility of a sequel and more.
Revenant Wings made significant, brave changes to the Final Fantasy formula and it's for that reason that it should be reintroduced to the fanbase.
Square couldn't be bothered remaking the DS KH games for the collections so it's safe to say they won't bother with this game ever again
I love how we never got a nice little sequel/prequel for VIII or IX but somehow XII and XIII did...boggles my mind
Hidden amongst the more popular sequels are several others that have largely been forgotten - many of them for good reason.

Good interview and I did like the switch up from XII to RW. I liked the rts mix with rpg. Hopefully they do make another one that would be pretty slick.
