Our engineers have finally provided details regarding the issue you are experiencing. Currently, this is a known issue and our engineering team are creating a patch which should resolve the issue. Team Fortress 2 is back with a bang, and this can be the start of a new era for the game, but only if Valve is willing to help it.
The latest Team Fortress 2 update has added a seal and fans are lving it
Dozens, if not hundreds, of players could be affected.
Team Fortress 2 is one of Valve's most popular games, with the multiplayer FPS regularly among the titles listed in most played charts on Steam, despite not being supported all that much by its developer.
There are also console players of the game, but now it looks like one of these platforms is sadly no longer viable. TF2 arrived on Sony's PlayStation 3 as part of a package. And what a package it was. This would be The Orange Box, a compilation that included Half-Life 2, expansions for such, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. But now, 15 years after releasing on PS3, the servers for TF2 have gone offline.
I loved this game back in the day, me and my best friend would spend hours and hours on this.
Such a shame, but no doubt it was dead years ago.
Even the 360 version is on deaths door you can spend an hour just trying to find a game.
Come on Valve, give us a full remake of the first two games and their expansions. What else are you up too?
I have The Orange Box and have only played half Life 2, Ep. 1, and Portal because I have put off Ep. 2 and TF2 until the patch. I am glad TF2 is being fixed and I hope they will go after the frame rate problems of Ep. 2.
