Surprise , not

Don't be surprised when there's no car customization in this reboot either.

Criterion has a record for saying no to car customization.

Customization was a huge part of Underground. And irl it's a huge part of underground car culture. If they reboot Underground without car customization then they can forget about me purchasing it.

I'm really not a fan of Criterion's NFS anyway. I mean Hot Pursuit was alright, but Most Wanted wasn't even NFS. It was just Burnout with real cars. Except Burnout Paradise was miles better. The one thing that I really liked from Most Wanted was the EasyDrive feature for changing stuff on the fly.

Most Wanted was ok but it waS NOTHING like the original and thats why I hated it so much. If they pull tge same stunt again a lot of people wont be happy as Underground is ranked as one of the best NFS games.

what? the series didn't need a reboot. they should've just continued to Underground 3

Reborn4451d ago

I'm sure they'll remove everything that made Underground so good. Just like Most Wanted. Criterion aren't bothered, unless it's a Burnout title. That's when they seem serious.

Should just proceed to UG3. And enhance what made the others great.

Who we kidding..

RIP true Need for Speed. Criterion killed the games with their burnout style.

the last true need for speed is still alive, check out need for speed world it is meant to have the largest car list on any need for speed ever, has the map of Most Wanted and Carbon combined, its free and its a PC exclusive! :)

Car modification culture is the biggest load of nonsense ever, but the Need for Speed Underground games were undeniably fun.

Absolutely insane. Man I'm hope they land on their feet EA needs to get the shit together badly....

This is why this industry has slow releases and none compelling games.

Why would anyone willingly work in the VG industry or specifically for one of these globocorp organizations that put you in constant fear of losing your livelihood based on terrible choices made by idiotic management, not the people with talent making the actual games?
