It’s a pity; the console version is all-but guaranteed to be a hit. It would have been nice to see the iOS version follow suit."
Injustice: Gods Among Us launched 10 years ago today, birthing a brand new fighting game franchise from NetherRealm Studios.
Injustice turns ten years old today, so let's look back at why it matters
10 years on from the original release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, NetherRealm's other fighting game deserves recognition.
This review is total bullshit. I haven't spent any real money yet and have earned 2 gold tier characters. You also unlock stuff for free in the console version (skins, etc) by completing feats.
You also can't stick with your original 3 characters, so that's a stupid point in this review. Yes, your characters level up. But a level 20 bronze will be weaker that a level 2 gold. So you start with bronze characters and work towards building a team of your fav silver tiers then your fav gold tiers. The combat is simple, sure, but kept interesting by every round having specific challenges. For instance, a round where you don't control your tag-ins, so smart use of your supers is important before the character is yanked.
Try the game, it's free. It's a high budget title for free. I think it's not unreasonable they try to make some money while offering the option to not get anything... Don't listen to this rubbish review from someone who might even hate the industry.
