Forget those moldy N-Gage jokes. Nokia's brand-new N-Gage service -- now a software solution instead of actual hardware -- addresses almost every single woe with not only the first incarnation of the N-Gage, but also many of the shortcomings of the current mobile gaming scene. A smarter shopping experience, a built-in community, and an attractive interface are the highlights of what is essentially N-Gage 2.0. Of course, nothing is perfect and Nokia has a lot of work to do in re-establishing itself as a major player in the mobile gaming scene (a job made tougher by last week's reveal of iPhone gaming), but IGN's time with the N-Gage beta offered a great deal of promise.
Supercell has released its new squad-building action game Squad Busters in Spain, Mexico, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Canada, and Singapore. This game features characters from different Supercell titles, such as Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, Hay Day, Clash Royale, and Boom Beach.

Leniu Games has started taking pre-registrations of its Nordic fantasy open world MMO, Flame of Valhalla. This game features the War of Gods erupted in the mystical realm of Asgard, known as the land of gods as seen in various movies and TV series. The game is expected to release in first half of May 2024.
