That’s an awful clickbait title. The use of the word ‘as’ means the first statement is the result of the second, when in reality they’re not connected.
Also the same for red dead redemption 2 and GTA trilogy (albeit they split that into individual games)

GTA V is the pass-around sub title, and it probably doesn't even matter because everyone owns a copy or even two by now.

Man, first year of PS6 is going to be 90% remasters. I'm going to hate it and likely hold off until new games actually get released that I can't play on my PS5.

Peeps STOP BUYING this game.. that actually hurts me to say this as the last of us is high up on my greatest games of all times.. its one of the few games i played through start to finish 3/4 times back to back as i loved it so much. But sony need to stop, give us a Resistance 3 remaster, i would love and buy that.. such an underated series as was killzone.
Or give us infamous.. so many great series and titles i would gladly buy but they just want to keep giving us last of us.
I am done buying that game.. i would only buy part 2 remaster if they remade it and kept joel alive, or i am not interested. Hate last of us 2s story killing off joel.. the actual game is stunning and incredible, they improved so much in the gameplay department but i hate the story with a passion.
We can stop hearing about it when they stop re-releasing them I guess.

And HBO just announced season 3 even tho LoU2 couldn't possibly be so long that it wouldn't be able to fit in 1 season. They're just milking it at this point.
speaking of the HBO series... I felt they should have made part 1 across two seasons, then address part 2 in seasons 3 and 4. so now i have a feeling they rushed through part 1 in season 1 to make season 2 a cliff hanger with Joel's impending demise being the starting point to Season 3.
I love how they decided to rush, chop and change things for Season 1 to get through the game yet for TLOU Part II it’s like “we’re going to do multiple seasons and take our time”
Okay after seeing that there's only 7 episodes I take it back. Though I think it's incredibly stupid not to have just made the season longer. Another season just to finish what could've just been a 13 episode season seems counterintuitive but aiight. I put that on HBO tho.
This will be the 4th time Sony sells us The Last of Us Part 1.. And the 2nd time on the PS5.

@Chris, LoU is getting just as bad by milking the same user base. At least Skyrim was able to sell to a wider audience via different platforms.
@darthv72: I don't know why you're telling me that. I only corrected on number of Skyrim re-releases/ports/etc. I didn't say anything else.
@christopher guess I forgot just how much was out I think the special editions are technically one release despite being cross platform though would the Alexa version count
@Profchaos: I guess, but I'd consider it a separate release since it rolled them into one at a later date but definitely there is a PS5/XSX version with PS5/XSX supported updates specific to them.

Weird. Like 35% of PS5 owners are NEW to Playstation. Plus this is really for new fans from the TV series for season 2 of TLOU.
I recall the same idiotic comments when the 1st one was remade just before TLOU TV Series came out and it went on the be one of the best selling games that year.
So maybe get your FACTS straight. Unlike Skyrim getting literally releases in 3 generations and 10 releases.

Store says I already own it. I guess it’s just a straight twin-pack. Looks like they added 4 maps to ‘No Return’.
You don't need to buy this to get the maps, marlene and bill. It all got patched in to the game on the 3rd.

i'm quite sure 2013 will be best PS3 year. It's insane how many great games are releasing on it.
I'm still playing catchup from over a year ago...
Luckily I'm graduating by the end of the year. So you can see how I feel. Next-gen consoles + All these amazing titles (especially The Last of Us)+ finishing my university studies = Unimaginable happiness!
If they announce GTA for PS4, I'm going to wait, even if its 6 months.
