Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny is a remaster that does the PS2 original justice and a great experience to whet the appetite before the series' revival.
Shenmu is a superb game but WTF is it doing there? It was played by a lot of people while likes of Ico, Beyond Good & Evil are the masterpieces that almost no one tried them. Swap that with Indigo Prophecy and the list would be perfect.
And Psychonauts should indeed be the number one. Dammit people go and buy that game right NOW!
is highly underrated, but I expected to see Shadow of the Colossus on the list somewhere, as that game is a true underrated Gem in every sense of the word....

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment is such an amazing rpg just like every other megaten game. Imo, all megaten games are underrated.
Floigan Bros and Skies of Arcadia on the DC.
Trapt (Deception series) on PS2.
Panzer Dragoon Orta and Jet Set Radio Future(better than the first one) on Xbox.
Psychonauts!!!!!!!
