Following in the footsteps of Ninja Gaiden’s PS Vita debut last year, Sigma 2 (Σ2) Plus serves up an “enhanced” version of the acclaimed sequel which launched exclusively on Xbox 360 back in 2008. After its original release (which also marked the departure of series’ visionary, Tomobobu Itagaki) Ninja Gaiden 2 was then re-launched almost a year later for the PlayStation 3 with its familiar “Sigma” suffix and a slew of changes.
Another month, another round-up of Playstation Plus titles. Those looking for an excuse to escape the sweltering sun need look no further as this month, Battlefield 3, Saints Row: The Third and Payday: The Heist are all up for grabs, as well as two Vita titles: Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus and Unit 13.

I don't know if they're still doing it, but it used to be if you activated your Saints Row 3 online pass it made you eligible to download Saints Row 2 for free. Since the PS plus version will have an online pass, one can only assume that if that deal is still going it would make you able to get the second game as well.

LBP should be in there. I actually prefer LBP on Vita opposed to PS3 and the PS3 versions are amazing!

Stop pretending that your preference in games is the centre of the universe. I wrote the list and I have spent more time on pure chess than LBP, because I like chess.
It astounds me that every time a list gets published a bunch of people jump on a defensive tantrum because it doesn't include their pet favourite game, not everyone shares your taste in games FFS
Also no Uncharted and no WipeOut. I don't even like WipeOut but compared to some on the list it's much better. I also really didn't like Gravity Rush but it makes perfect sense on a list like that because a lot of people actually loved it.
The problem with the list is that it claims to have the ten best games on VITA when it really has the 10 games the author likes best. If it was titled accordingly there wouldn't be any reason to challenge it. Claiming that those are the 10 best games, however, is weired and gives a strange image for people that are looking for great games on VITA.
The list of someone who likes Dynasty Warriors and Pure Chess.
Believe it or not, both games have fans.
No offense, but there are some incomparably better VITA games that aren't (but must be) on the list. Your list is too personalized and includes niche games. You can't just say "I like this game" and mark it as the best VITA game. For example: if I like BO Declassified very much, can I call it as one of the best VITA games for public? I don't think so...

Aren't all lists based on the writer's opinions? The only lists not based on the writer's opinions are the ones like "the games that sold the most", or "the games that got higher Metacritic scores".
The Wii had to attract soccer moms and children to give Playstation the slap it always wanted to give it for all the rapeage PS1 and PS2 gave Nintendo, truth.
The list was decent, but needs more Rockerbirds. It's funny the guy who made the list got mad : D chill out and go back to Chess.

If the game incorporates touch commands or backpanel inputs then reviews call them gimmicky. If the game incorporates no Vita specific gameplay they write it off as a negative.

I agree. I have this game. Its great to have on Vita. Ever since i saw the first review that was lower than a 8.0 these banwagon guys just keep ragging on it. Crazy how no one can appreciate that its even on a handheld.Its almost identical to the console version.And about the difficulty its perfect for a portable game. Vita buttons and sticks cant be easily replaced. I had a Psp and the majority of the games were shadows of there console versions yet they got great reviews.
I remember playing need for speed psp and being like "This is it?" Its had 6 tracks that u raced backwards and forward. So it really only had 3 tracks. Now we have need for speed most wanted which is the entire console game with less traffic and guys rag on it because it is to close to the console version.
I just got thru playing a little NG2 on xbox. I was thinking to myself how frustrating the constant projectile spamming is. Then the bugs that resulted from all the crazy onscreen action. Maybe ppl will stop hating on Ps Vita once the price drops so they can buy 1. Best handheld ever made. 3ds is a joke to me. Can only name 2 games i would buy on it. i already have 5 games i love on Vita. That doesnt even include the great psp games i have on it. Then resident evil 1-3 on it are great too.
