Two Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Trailers Emerge

Today, Ubisoft officially announced Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag via a formal press release, and uploaded two new trailers for the game.

At least seven studios – including one of the Ubisoft Montreal teams – have been working on the game for nearly two years. The main information that you will want to hear is that it will be available on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii U on the 29th October for North America and 1st November for Europe, with next-generation consoles confirmed, but without a date.
The protagonist is now known to be Edward Kenway, a pirate captain roaming the Caribbean around 1715. ...

The story is too old to be commented.

looks cool but this series Ive loved since the first has been milked to death already. Give its nips a rest and make an actual next gen version. I guess this is ubis only game that actually sells alot so they will milk it to death.

To be fair for this year at least there will be a lot of people who won't buy a next gen console this year, whether it is due to cost, no interest etc.

I do agree that it has been milked a lot since Assassin's Creed 2, but why not? It sells well, is one of the/"the" big product, and they are mostly well made.

I would think that next year could be when it is just for the next gen consoles, probably will depend on statistics to be honest.
