That would be correct, and that´s also why a lot of games in the West gets either banned or censored on release.
Some Australian friends of mine have to import games via New Zealand most of the time to avoid crap like that...
I think Germany is the worst country in the whole world when it comes to censorship in video games. Hell, they even ban tons of games as well :S

It's a great game with full customisation , plenty of online mode and 120 missions for story mode alone and 80 at least for challenges missions and other stuff.
don't get me started on leaderboards, special challenges and unique collectibles and various special modes and you'll see that it's a game packed with content.
In short : it's great
I'll buy it. That is assuming if it ever comes to NA.
