From the article, "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a great game, but I hated fighting the final boss. This guy is designed to absolutely wreck you in a very short period of time. It took me well over 20 tries to defeat this guy. I don’t want you to suffer like I did, so here are some tips to bring the final boss down. Be warned, spoilers follow."
Before your elbows turn to dust, let’s take a look at some PlayStation 3 games that have stood the test of time the best.

Whoever prepared this. Thanks for writing something meaningful for a change instead of the clickbait crap others do.
Ridge Racer 6 on the Xbox 360 played a lot better than Ridge Racer 7 on the PlayStation 3, which included Ridge Racer 6 tracks. Ridge Racer 6 was the last quality game in the series.
Replaying kz2, kz3, r1, r2, r3, kens rage 1 & 2, 3d dot game heroes etc. and they all aged beautifully. Also, playing these games in the hardest difficulty reminded me of how hard games were on the PS3. How I had such a love & hate relationship with these games.
"Firstly, we owe all our Japanese fans of MGR: Revengeance a big apology for that," said Jiro Oishi, Metal Gear series producer.
Wish they'd do a current gen console release of this. Hopefully on MGS Master Collection Vol. 2!
If you consider yourself a sucker for games with good combat systems, these curated recommendations are just for you.
the only hard part is that you have to cut diagonally, this is the only part of the game that you have to do that! took me quite a few tries.
The biggest mistake you can make versus this boss is running away from the forced manual cutting moments. Once you nail it, the boss is a breeze as loads of health packs drop first time. You don't get them if you avoid the arm throw move he does.
Gave me trouble for a while. Eventually I got the bastard.
What really gave me grief was the part where he begins throwing rubble, because you've never had to cut diagonally like that before in the game. Found out that it was just easier to cut the rubble using just the analog stick (just flick it in the right direction and angle).
I had some trouble until I started running through the slices (avoiding those all together) and by not doing a parry, but rather an offensive dodge, which seems to work wonders on him. I eventually got him, but my biggest hurt was not having any health packs and I never got any packs to drop from him, so I just tried over and over until I discovered the above method and I got him.
