Team NINJA has today revealed new information for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus, the highly anticipated sequel to its PlayStation Vita launch title. Faster, bloodier, and more beautiful than ever, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus brings the legendary action franchise to new heights with a deep cast, new costumes and weapons, and the introduction of the Hero play style that will give Ryu Hayabusa an edge in every fight.
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "Despite being the most powerful handheld console to be released in 2011, and being more than capable of handling ports of PS2, PS3, and even PS4 titles when the developers put the effort in, not every company was willing to take the time to ensure that the Vita version of their games turned out well - and as such a large number of games are hugely disappointing on the handheld simply due to the way they run.
In this article, I aim to examine these ports – what was disappointing about them (and why they should have been better than they were), as well as possible explanations on why they turned out the way they did - and ultimately come to a conclusion as to how well the Vita did as a machine capable of handling console ports during its lifespan."

Tearaway is brilliant from start to finish. I think Media Molecule is the most imaginative and creative development team around.
Killzone Mercs is incredible. Tear one, AAA, top grade shooter capable of being right up there with any console FPS. I'm looking forward to the teams next game.
Batman AO got a lot of crap but it's an awesome game. The metroidvania game play fits perfectly in this world and it's right up there with the Arkham trilogy.

I just got NG sigma 1+ for free with PS+ and its the third version of the game Ive had but I love it still. I will probably get this one too eventually even though I already had it on 360.
I saw that they added the blood and the limbs that fall off and land on the ground. That is great because the blunt weapons will smash the limbs and make 3d polygon chunks land on the wall with the blood and then start dripping down. This game is brutal and the first is better I think, but the weapons and combat in NG 2 is better and more insane than any videogame I have ever seen by far. The amount of awesome weapons in this game is unmatched.

Will this have online MP like the console did? Does anyone know?
looks great & ill be getting it asap with DOA5+ to follow.. Tecmo is giving vita some love this year.. already got NGS+ free with PS Plus so why not get the whole collection for on the go? im sure NG3 will make it too
