Core 2 Duo E7200 coming May 11

Intel is planning on adding a new series to its Core 2 Duo family, the E7000 series. The E7000 series is based on Intel's 45nm architecture and will become the new entry model series, much like E4000 series was with the 65nm architecture. The processors of this new series will sport 1066MHz FSB and 3MB L2 cache. The first model will be the Core 2 Duo E7200, operating at 2.53GHz. The price will be $133 when it arrives on May 11.

You are correct, sir.
The E7000s, as well as some of the higher end notebook C2Ds (e.g., T9500) are Penryn.
The E8000s are Wolfdale.
After that comes Yorkfield and Nehalem.

Whats with 3mb? My c2d E6600 has 4 mb. To cut cost they will reduce the performance.
