DmC: Devil May Cry Review | Bag of Games

Dante is a prick, the man is wholly unlovable and a complete waste of space, but then again, so was I in my early 20s. Just like me at that age, he and his latest game are filled with potential.

DmC is more than just a cash-grab reboot of a popular franchise; it’s an attempt to create a cohesive narrative in a series which has continually tried to reinvent itself since day one.

Pretty stoked to hear that this turned out well, I worried there for a while.

As an aside, I still can't think of Dante without thinking of Clerks (or Alighieri).

I was never a huge fan of the series, so I had no qualms about them rebooting it.

New Dante's 27. Your post has the wrong idea about his age.

Where did you get that information?

I just looked at Wikipedia and they say he's a teen:

Living on the fringes of the brainwashed society is Dante, a teenager at odds with the demons...

No where in that article does it say "he's 27 years old"...the guy does say he's a decade and a half younger than "me"...did you actually just do the math based on the guy's current age minus 15 years? Cause that's hardly a way to establish a canonical age..unless I missed something?

Other people are quoting 27 but no one has given a source

So Tameem saying Dante's 15 years younger than Tameem is isn't good evidence on the age of a character in Tameem's game...Who knew?
